It is a very nice middle class hotel. Comfortable beds,creative architecture well kept bathrooms. They have a swimming pool, but it is a little hazardous because of broken tile on the floor of the pool. I got cut on the tile.
No frills, it’s your best bet when arriving from La Paz. Pre book it fills fast when the ferry arrives and stop in mazatlan at casa de Leyendas for something nicer if you’re heading south.
Good place. Nice view . Next to sea beach Bus stop is nearby. Market is near by. Daily needed item easily available.
This is a great Hotel to stay at in Topolobampo if you are going to or coming from La Paz Baja. Try Stanley’s Restaurant on the hilltop nearby for excellent food and sunset views overlooking the town.
Location was good, though nothing about it is close to any marinas, so a little of a misnomer. The room was clean and comfortable but never had hot water in the shower. It was barely lukewarm. Would stay again for sure though.
We are SO grateful we found this hotel!! The staff were amazing, ensuring we were safe and knew to stay in during the violence on Jan 5th 2023. They are dog friendly, and were absolutely incredible with both my dog and us as we hunkered down in the hotel for two days. They kept their restaurant open, allowed us to book a second night on short notice, and kept us updated on the news in the nearby cities. Besides how they went above and beyond for us during that scary time, they also have great food, friendly amazing staff, good parking, comfy beds and a nice shower. Their wifi doesn't completely reach inside all the rooms, but it works great in any of the common areas or close to the window in our room. I plan to stay here on my way back, and I highly recommend!!
Stayed here in May 2023 and again November 6th. Unfortunately the pool has fallen into disrepair and unusable. Kids disappointed as it’s 99 degrees today. Wi-Fi also unusable so using cell phone hotspots.
What a truly interesting place! The hotel is kind of 'pie shaped', with a main building detached from the guest rooms, and then the center 'circle' is like courtyard...but this leaves the room's shape like that of a wedge or trapezoid. In all the places I have ever stayed, this was a first. If this building was originally something else, that would make sense. It barely works as a hotel, lol. This was a fantastic stay, though, albeit entirely quirky and short. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the service from staff are all excellent. I think my favorite part was how organized the front desk reception area is and how it's run. If I had to make mention of an area needing improvement, it would be better air conditioning and the option to leave it on when you leave the room. After being outside all day, in 95F degree heat, coming home to hot, humid room waiting for the struggling a/c to cool the room was tough. And there was no COLD water...lol... so we just got wet in the shower and then stood dripping in the room to cool down. Overall, however, the place exceeded my expectations and deserves the rating they have clearly worked diligently to secure. This was the only 'budget' stay we had on our 14-day tour of Mexico so taking everything into consideration, you definitely get what you pay for...BUT, I highly recommend this place either for a single night, or a short stay. It will be quirky, but very eco-friendly and interesting.
